I think the same old folks are doing the same old thing. Until some news happens i'm assuming this is the man putting the line back in the water to get some attention. Maybe its a spinner bait or a nice white crappie jig, i cant quite make it out yet. They gotta have some ups to go with the downs or there is no action on the stock. Just look at the previous few day's volume. I know it was labor day week/weekend, but my guess is a few days of 3-8% increases only to bleed out again.
