Certainly doesn't look like reinvesting to me.
Looks like taking free shares and self-enriching.
If he was doing something beneficial for the company perhaps he should tell shareholders EXACTLY what it is - rather than just posting more vague tweets toward the end of the days trading in the hope of boosting the share price.
