Re: Evil Rabbit #128452
I have no idea when the hold will be lifted and hope your timeline is a worst case scenario (Thanksgiving).
That being said, my question is this: How can we judge Cyrus if he inherited a company that is primarily paralyzed for the entire 6 month probationary period he is on? So many on this board want to judge him after those 6 months and I think that's not fair to him.
Yes, he should come out and say "Here is my plan for when the hold is lifted" but that plan should also include TIMELINES for when each part of his plan could come to fruition. Once the holds are lifted, his plan may take another 6-12 months to put into place because we may need to sell shares first. There are no partnerships to be had until the holds are lifted and a plan is announced. I want to give him a chance, but as things stand right now, there really isn't much that he or anyone else could be doing to move the ball forward.
And while it's great that we voted another 350mm shares, I think those holds have to be lifted before they can be sold. If the holds go into 2023 with no lifting in sight, reality is going to punch us in the mouth, like it or not.
