Tbh, I don’t even know if it’ll be necessary for the DOJ to appeal this laughable ruling? Where will they find a special master to oversee top secret classified nuclear documents? Only few will have clearance and they’ll all come from the executive branch. It’s neither here nor there. Trump can be indicted at any moment regardless of a special master. The heavy mouth breathers here can moan and groan all they want. It’s not going to stop indictments and an eventual arrest.
