For some, sustaining a massive loss can be devastating. Retired folks who have no way to recover lost funds are the hardest hit casualties. That's one of the reasons I urged shareholders to file a class action a few years ago. Recovering a few pennies on the dollar is better than walking away with a total loss.And when you can't even rely on a $3000 a year capitlal tax loss.......that is tragic.
