I looked it up. it looks like Periscope was back 5 years or more ago with Target.

The service was discontinued on 31 March 2021 due to declining usage, product realignment, and high maintenance costs.

Maybe it's good Twitter, Meta, Google doesn't buy Verb or even take an equity stake.
