You could argue Nader's mistakes did the same.
But Bruce Patterson actively worked against the company and cost shareholders significant share value. That is not even up for debate. He also tried to steal the company's patents. Why would anyone want us to work with the guy? Most of his scientific reputation is smoke and mirrors too. If we're going to do business with an enemy, let's partner with a Big Pharma company.
