Turns out you are right. I didn't notice the termination date in my brief research. It terminated late last year. So it looks likely that the QMC post is dated and was probably created prior to this termination date. As I cited in my post, there are several places where you can still find a listing of QMC on OTCBB. I also acknowledged my lack of knowledge of the BB.

Most of us don't go around impugning the worst of intentions in others as a matter of course. Most of us are relatively reasonable and generally try to see the good in others. It is never too late.
