Traditionally the weeks leading up to Labor Day have the lowest number of trades for the entire year. Very little of consequence is PR'd this time of year, because so few people are paying attention. This should begin to improve next week. I envision companies holding PR's like cards in their hands. They save them until the most strategic time to make the play. Not saying that's happening here. That's just the way I like to think it works.
