No, it just means Dalton has many many additional millions of essentially 'free' shares to sell and profit from.
Perhaps Doc is aware the game is nearing its end? Converting a debt he knows will never be repaid out of income would seem to be the ideal way of cashing out a few extra bucks.
Once this temporary exuberance has passed, and if we start seeing larger blocks of shares being sold into the bid, it'll be a pretty good indication of where those shares are coming from.
