The way I look at it toodles is, if Chiro had any Morals why is he not in touch with Doc now? He was in touch with him all the time the stock had value. Now it’s in the gutter and Chiro has no explanation. All he has to do is call him and ask him what happened and what is plan B. It’s become pretty obvious that Chiro was Doc’s puppet stringing everyone along.
