Liable for fraud, not guilty of fraud. Two different things.
19 sham companies were created by the fraudsters that were charged criminally. Micah and Carl were found liable on 1 count, like the order states. David Lopez was exonerated on all 14 charges.
The appeal will be filed in short order. It has to do with the 211 filing, which is hardly creation of a company.
In this case their were 14 total charges. Micah was charged with 12 counts, Carl with 13. But let the Judge know she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and to correct her ruling. Link your post.
