Question: If someone interviews for a job at Cytodyn - and are told they will be paid in shares in lieu of cash - would they not be told all the NDA details, all the partner discussions in the works?
Seems kind of a stretch that someone would join a company for a BOD gig without being told exactly what was possible in the near term to make them take a "shares for cash" deal.
Am I wrong? Do people accept BOD positions without the whole picture?
