computershare people do only one thing
they handle control numbers
but
there are 16 digit voting control numbers
and there are 15 digit control numbers
i already suggested to computershare that they choose friendlier names for these 2 types of numbers
i already suggested to computershare that they improve the quality of information displayed when the entered number is invalid
