My apologies. I do not have a subscription. The title says it all.
This is one tactic used by communist countries to take away individual property rights from its citizens. This cancer has and will continue to spread in America.
Look for increased Quantitative Tightening in September by the Fed.
The media does not talk about ....Interest rates will have to exceed inflation % in order for America to survive the future market challenges of real estate and other assets.
Collateralize debt obligations and/or credit default swaps still exist in the US market!
