Hello again. I was on vacation for a long weekend.
Question: Is there any way to prove that Sidley Austin is still on the Amarex case?
The 10-K proved that we are not paying them, so how would they be retained if this is arbitration?
I believe they remain on the case and they are retaining themselves in belief to capture 1/3 what they win, even if it is just the $6 million that we won't have to pay Amarex, which will amount to $2million for them, likely from Amarex. But, I'm not an attorney and am just guessing, but I would like to hear from an attorney please.
