Exactly - HRI and PPSI are vaporware.
They used to exist and trade, but now the corporate actions are restricted to renewing their licenses, and not much else - they pretty much exist in name only.
The number listed for HRI on Privco isn't even correct, that number is for United Networks of America - and I'm guessing the revenues may be as well - I have a number of enquiries and requests I am awaiting responses on.
BE100 is self-reporting via SurveyMonkey - it's a single page survey based on trust and just needs signing off by the CEO of the submitting company.

HRI listed as having 75 Employees? Yet the company is virtually invisible - nothing on GlassDoor / LinkedIn or any of the other corporate media sites, no record of any current or former employees anywhere. It's also slightly odd that nearly every company on the list are essentially privately held, so there are very few ways for outsiders to verify the numbers. It's a bit like IFAH Top 100 awards, which are once again self-nominated - and also explains why nearly all of the recipients are from small barely known companies rather than any of the established blue-chip healthcare powerhouses. What did Doc actually DO to be worthy of an award in 2021? Seriously, nobody from Pfizer or Moderna on that list??
HRI has no phone number, no website, no contact information, discrepancies in corporate registrations / forfeitures / subsidiaries / non-qualifications in various states - the only entity still active is in PA, but they are listed as a wholly owned subsidiary of the MD company which was listed as inactive and forfeited in 2007. They have no representation on any of the various corporate media sites (Indeed / Glassdoor / Zoom / Hoovers / Bizapedia etc), no current or ex-employees listed on any social media websites (LinkedIn / Xing / Crunchbase etc). Privco gets its information from public sources such as regulatory documents, court proceedings, reference materials, industry information, articles in the news (like the BE Top 100 for instance), of which, as the company is privately held, are very limited. If Privco derived their figures from the BE list it actually gives Doc plausible deniability, he can simply state he has no idea where they got the information from, quite convenient really.
