Being Evil...your position as a devil's advocate... is fully understandable...but your understanding is entirely plausible...the Amarex failure to perform as agreed... is a justifiable reason to regulate from the standpoint of the FDA...although I feel they do not go out of their way...to look beyond their hierarchical agenda...and reach for remedies.
