It was a reply to an email sent by drugman, IIRC. Why would they say anything else other than the plan is to move forwards? LMAO. Seriously, that's one of the most throwaway posts ever made here.
How about some verifiable facts: 1) complete joke of an agreement with multiple obvious errors, 2) defaulted on almost immediately, 3) no evidence the full initial license fee has even been paid.
