I'm curious why you're still posting a cut-and-past "agreement" that is so un-serious that the parties didn't even bother to read it before signing, much less have lawyers review it as evidenced by the blindingly obvious errors it contains. Or are you posting it to as evidence that Squires and Balchin are both completely incompetent?

Then there is the unavoidable fact that the "agreement" was defaulted on almost immediately, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there is any evidence that QMC ever received the second $500,000 of the license fee that was due only about 2.5 years ago.

Of course there is that video that doesn't appear to have any official connections to the government, Amtron, or anything else official, but it does have a bunch of mock-ups that are obviously reused from something else as they start with a Schaeffler automotive plant and otherwise bear no semblance to the maps shown on the Tech City website.

Where is the prefab building that was being built offsite that the marketing consultants promised here in these pages? And why haven't the reactors been fired up and generating revenue offsite as also promised by the same people?
