The PR said to participate in the special meeting, you must be a stockholder of record as of the close of business on July 12, 2022. This tells me they probably won't announce any major news because the call is limited to shareholders as of July 12th and will not include potential investors nor is it open to the general public. Additionally, the call is occurring during normal trading hours. The PR also said there are two matters to be presented for action at the "special" meeting; 1) a proposal to increase the total number of authorized shares, and 2) a proposal to approve the adjournment of the special meeting.
As far as when they'll schedule the next ASM or drop any PRs about substantial news (can happen any time), that's up for debate. Let's not forget they're currently providing quarterly updates, and the last one was June 30 which means the next one should be no later than Sept 30.

Are you implying with your (correct) statement that nothing substantial
will be revealed during this special meeting ?
And that we have to wait until the regular ASM in October about the
company's strategy ?
