I listened to The Gap earnings call yesterday.
Nordstrom was also this week and here's a story about it...

Both talked about omnichannel which means interacting with the customer in a bunch of different ways.
Both investing more in digital.
Seems like MARKET would be a great additional channel for Nordstrom as other large brands recently realized.
They might get even more crossover customers than just going solo on their website
