How is QMC related to Solterra?
With regards to "why relist now", here's a thought, if they relist before making a major announcement, a lot of people would be happy to sell their shares back just to be done with this POS. For example, we know they are going to issue a boatload of new shares that will dilute the value. So, let's say, they relisted at a penny per share, I suspect many people would sell, giving them the opportunity to do a share buyback prior to issuing blockbuster news and watching the shares skyrocket... and yes marijuana is legal in my state (LOL)!
