Exactly, that’s the problem. But sometimes small companies are able to prevail. It requires good management, shareholders who won’t be scared off when they see market manipulation, and sometimes, if they are lucky, a non-giant pharmaceutical company that will partner with them.

Speaking of manipulation, it was interesting to see a bunch of big trades today, like the 68,500 shares traded at .68 — and then to see the stock pushed down so that if those 68.5k shares were shorted, they could have been covered within an hour or two for a couple thousand bucks profit.

And that was just one of the big trades.
