About the S-3, I’ve been wondering if it built confidence or degraded confidence. Originally I thought the SP would suffer and it would degrade confidence. Not so sure…
1. That’s a lot of shares purchased in private placements
2. A decent number of individuals that clearly show confidence by their acquisitions
3. Warrants, if cashed in, will be a steady source of income to the tune of (I haven’t done the math) 25m?
Some of the PIPE was 2021, but the 2022 offering means that some intelligent investors still have confidence.
Right? I wonder if the timing of the S-3 means anything being before the 8/31 call, other than they know they have the votes?
