I bet most will be handled by a counselor less than 40 dollars a hour and could be billed to Medicare at 75+ a hour. Teladoc pays 65 a hour for doctor and bills 75. Call me crazy but psychology service is great. patient seen a few times a week could be a 100 dollars profit.
