forms 3 and 4 are for insiders -officers/directors/owners to report-as required - their stock acqusitions/distributions
form says he acquired either all or part of the 6973 beginning Aug 1
he would not be required to report acquisitions before becoming director etc except for those that would exceed 5% (required by the sec even though the form says 10%) etc of the company stock(owner)
