Annual Report for Y/E 2020, Dalton owned:
1,204,254,879 common shares
In June of 2021 Doc gifted himself another 1.1 Billion common shares in lieu of $11,000 of debt from back in 2016
Quarterly for Jun 2022 shows Dalton's ownership as:
1,219,949,379 common shares
I'm sure many shareholders would like an explanation - wouldn't you?
