Anyone know the conversion ratio for Preferreds?
Doc issued himself another 1,256,100 preferred shares for $41k of debt on March 1st 2022, so now holds 100% of the 5 million pref shares.
They were issued at a par value of 0.033 vs common stock at 0.001 but future conversions are not listed.
So many questions on the shares, they just seem to arbitrarily change / disappear without explanation.
