During the six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company incurred a net loss of $5,730,000 and used cash in operating activities of $2,321,000, and at June 30, 2022, the Company had a stockholders’ deficit of $13,252,000. In addition, we are in default on notes payable and convertible notes payable in the aggregate amount of $2,829,000.”
However, note they lost $7.2 million less than for the same 6 months period the year before.
