Horrendous 2022 Q2 10-Q out ...as expected
Company is on a slow and steady path to .000. Read the Q2 quarterly filing released Friday, August 19, 2022. Lost ri bus shelter business without issuing an 8-K within 4-5 days after the company knew of this material change to a previous 8-K announcing the 10 year contract.
You'd have to try so hard...to do as bad as the company did. Selling 84K of assets in order to pay an a ridiculous increase in salaries, wages and general administrative that exceeded the quarterly revenue. Instead of reducing the 7 mil+ in operating deficit carryover.
Things are not good if you know how to read financials.
