NO 8-K filed???
SEC let's a company tweet about "our" service and repair facility that ends up being "their" facility in the actual 8-K. Then no need to file an 8-K to let shareholders know the company just lost a contract that was responsible for about 90% of the company's revenue for the last 4 or 5 years.
Maybe a tweet about "elimination of revenues from Rhode Island operations" would have been appreciated by the shareholders?
