If I had products ready for market,any one or combination of the following QD anti-counterfeiting, Vaccine anti-counterfeiting, a couple of new diagnostic test,solar cells, or displays I would RS it 10 to 100 to 1 and raise a boat load of free capital and be on one of the big boards.
If I didn't have anything ready to market, I wouldn't be in a hurry to resume.
