Exactly - UNVC is effectively a 'one man band'.
Doc will continue the ruse for as long as he can with the same old promises, ridiculous tweets, and a complete lack of delivery. If shareholders continue to be compliant and unquestioning it could go on for many more years (as if a decade or so isn't enough).
Not convinced the demise will be a major event. Either the SEC will receive enough complaints that they will be duty-bound to take a look into the operations of UNVC and the actions of Doctor Dalton at its helm (or) Doc will start feeling the heat and simply stop filing, thus relegating UNVC to the EM and then allowing it to slowly fade away... and given his oversize ego he'll probably use his age or a health issue as a plausible excuse for the downfall.
The outcome I cannot see is UNVC becoming a legitimate, revenue generating, fully reporting company - let alone a successful one.
