I disagree.
IMHO, this is a GREEN FLAG, If I was Pasaca and I was taking control of QMC I would want the books cleaned up before resuming trading.Looks much better to have a clean subsidiary then one riddled in debt. Point to ponder it is a restructuring move not a liquidation move, meaning that they still have plans for Solterra down the road.
Especially, if I had planed to launch a product (Jason Flores hiring) to coincide with the relisting.
