No, I can’t determine that due to the lack of transparency in the filings
More than likely is getting his shares, but not sure about the salary.
The expenses are very vague. I suspect it is intentionally so.

Stock-based expense - consulting services $886,975
Those two lines can cover a lot of disbursements to different parties.
