On his about page on Linkedln he list PPSI as
Its kept updated because he mentions metaverse in this
PPSI was one of the reason i have supported him so long and I have found no record of it being transferred to Dalton or the loan for $874,000.00 from HRI to PPSI
I'm not claiming Doc has done anything crooked maybe calling something a services division changes it from a Subsidiary I don't know but i sure will do my best to find out
