Question for those that have experience:
What is the process for EGOC to sell shares to new investors after everything is complete; after listing of all companies that fall under ticker, financial filings, updated shate structure etc.
Is it possible that we early entrants will own the same amount of shares then as now, or is it likely they get diluted but without a RS?
I understand what would happen if this was an IPO or a standard stock but with a RM and OTC U have no clue.
