Hmmm...it's a good catch that he's no longer listed by CytoDyn - but his linkedin still says he's at CytoDyn. Maybe he just hasn't updated.
I guess i would lean toward it meaning something - but not necessarily something big. He was at CytoDyn back in 19 / 20, and then left for another company - and then came back again. So it's not like he's an integral part who's been here forever.
If i had to guess, i would say that Cyrus is getting his feet under him, and evaluating the key players - and maybe Brandon isn't a key player in his mind. Maybe he wasn't adding the value or fitting into Cyrus' vision for the next year of the company's progression. Further in the process of cleaning everything up that happened under the NP tenure.
