My take on this ticker...
Unfortunately a lot of people lost money on this ticker as it continues its decline to OTC Market.
Expert Market now, will go alternate filer via the Form 15.
This process takes at least 90 days and more. And then about 30-60 days for OTCIQ Access via OTC Market disclosure.
I'm assuming they will apply for OTC Market IQ access to post filings to bring it back "Pink Current" so that all brokerages can trade it. They will attempt to be a good company and slowly liquidate their authorized shares onto new buyers. This is how this stuff works.
The question is how low will this go on Expert Market?
Find a brokerage that allows buys on Expert Market and buy this when nobody else can. Then when it goes Pink Current, you'll have a huge advantage over all of the other traders. .. and huge gains ... Unfortunately this is how this stuff plays out.
These new rules are a joke..
Learn the rules and take advantage of the opportunities that normal people don't see.
Same scam stuff goes on and on and on. If you can make money off it, then go for it.
