I believe that is in reference to this from the 10k on page 8:
the Company paused two clinical trials in Brazil which commenced during fiscal 2022.
Actually looking back through the 10k though I don't think they are back up and running. From page 40:
In April 2022, the DSMB for the Brazilian COVID-19 clinical trials met and recommended that the Brazilian COVID-19 trials, previously paused by the Company, may continue based on the review of the interim patient safety data from the clinical trials. The Company is in the process of considering strategic alternatives prior to commencing the enrollment of new patients in the Brazilian trials.
