We’ve been over this before. What is considered a material event. Secondly my original question was, does this apply with NDAs?

I’m not saying I know the answer but I’m just pointing out that this has been open for debate as to what is considered material event.

I only say this because of the past. Look we just had 5 NIH grants given to us for millions. Not a word or PR from the company. I figured that would be considered a material event. That’s all I am saying.
