Unfortunately or fortunately we are operating since January under the FDA/BP's thumb. There were three times I thought we could circumvent the FDA's rule through the court of public opinion. One was with our success in Mar 2020 at Montefiore, the next was the PI former president and the third was long haulers. Each time we were not helped by the FDA but instead spanked for being bad. I just wish that a mass media success had made their letters a moot point.

But now we are on another path under their control. However all it takes is for one of BP to want to get the edge on another. I feel in this case the hold is totally and absolutely meaningless. If BP wants leronlimab, they could get on the phone and remove the hold.
