Technical question here. Since the 10K covers up through May 31st, if something meaningfully positive haqppened in June and July, but was arguably not meaningful enough to mandate an 8k, can the 10k fully omit it intentionally on grounds that it did not happpen within the assigned time period and wait until the next 10Q to report it.

I guess I am speculating if there were positive news that might help with a partnership in June and July, the company could legally stay quiet about it if a potential suitor requests it.
