DUSS has the ability to bring in a very solid merger with either preferred shares or common shares restricted for multiple years. That will bring very solid shareholder value and will most definitely allow the PPS to go up much in price too !

We shall see how it goes. Perhaps she will get a bunch of restricted or preferred for her role in bringing in a profitable private company seeking access to the capital markets.
