Okay, this is further down in the 10K:
the inventories written-off for accounting purposes continue to be physically maintained, can be used for clinical trials, and can be commercially sold if the shelf-lives can be extended as a result of the performance of on-going continued stability testing of drug product.
So, we can potentially get the expiration dates extended. I hate that we clearly aren't expecting to get approval until at least 2023 but losing all of that product would be a massive loss monitarily so if we can get the expiration extended that would be a win.
