Am I reading it wrong? It says that we had 9 batches of LL made with shelf lives from 2023 to 2026. The company concluded that five batches are likely to expire prior to approval. They also anticipate that the other 4 batches might expire prior to approval.

So they don't expect any type of approval prior to the 2023 batches expiring. That seems bad to me, does it not to you? I'd love to get comfortable with it so please let me know if you're reading it differently.
