How could anybody be with us for HIV when we already have a partner for HIV in the USA?
We must not forget that we already have a pending commercial partner for HIV. As small and unwanted as they might be for some. This agreement is one reason we are pushed to partner for other indications vs complete but out options. Unless our partnership is bought out with a complete buy-out. Also… Unless of coarse there is a sunset clause on our HIV partnership that allows expiration over time without activating the agreement for the partnership.
