i agree - i had no expectation from this filing - we know we don't make money, and there is no way they are going to put anything new or surprising in here.

Agreed it is a relief to have this filed. No doubt - lifting the hold (i.e. cloud) is of paramount importance. I think at that point a partnership becomes possible. And I do agree with others that the BLA language in the 10-K was confusing.
