The whole world knew Mexico was trying keep solar development in house for awhile during 2021. Just check posts from this forum. You might be surprised.
All of the tweet worshipers were crying foul when the posts went by someone that did due diligence last year. But, no, as of November 2021, the tweet goes saying still on track for shovels in the ground by 12/31/21. And the permits weren't issued yet? Sound familiar?
